Orders are dispatched from our global fulfilment partners depending on availability and location. This helps ensure faster delivery times across regions.


How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days from dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking info via email once shipped.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, so if you need to cancel or change your order, please email us within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, changes can't be made and your order will be shipped as is.

Note: We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been shipped, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you're eligible for a full refund. Please contact us with your order number and we’ll sort it out.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at paceandflow@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and offer a suitable solution.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No — all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or change of mind. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure, we recommend sizing up.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Prices are listed tax-free in GBP. Depending on your country, you may be charged customs duties or VAT upon delivery. These are set by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.

When will I receive my refund (if applicable)?
